Gwynedd Square Presbyterian Church

The membership of Gwynedd Square consists of over 350 people. Although most members live within a five-mile radius of the church, some travel as much as fifteen miles to attend services.

You will find a mix of ages, backgrounds, and levels of education in our church family, but the common denominator of our membership is its mission orientation. Whether the cause is local or international, Gwynedd Square has always been conscious of its blessings and interested in sharing them with others, either in the form of monetary gifts or gifts of time and talent. Our members all welcome the opportunity to participate in sharing with those who are less fortunate.

Join Us
We welcome prospective members to join Gwynedd Square, either coming from another Presbyterian church (with a Letter of Transfer), or entering the Presbyterian church for the first time (by Reaffirmation of Faith or by Baptism). Gwynedd Square holds new member orientation classes twice annually. During this orientation, prospective members discuss the specifics of the Presbyterian faith and doctrine in group sessions led by the pastor. Attendees learn about the organization of our church at both the local and national levels, and meet the members of the church's governing body, the Session.
