Applebee's will donate 10% of the food and beverage purchase to the church. To-Go purchases count too! You must present a Dining to Donate flyer for your purchase to be included. They are in the bulletin and narthex. Take extra for friends. See you there!
Easter Egg Hunt: Everyone is invited to the annual Gwynedd Square Easter Egg Hunt on March 27 at 11 a.m. (rain or shine). Bring your Easter baskets and your friends! The hunt is open to the community as well as the congregation. There will be eggs to hunt and prizes for every age group, including the adults. If you would like to donate a bag of wrapped candy, a box is located in the church library 6 for you to leave your contribution.
Soup
Suppers and Lenten Program: Each
Wednesday in Lent, through March 24, we encourage you to join fellow members
and friends at our Lenten Soup Suppers and programs in the fellowship
hall. Soup will be served at 6 p.m. and
the program will begin at approximately 6:45 p.m. Pastor Becky Kahnt will lead us in a study
about some of the Stations of the Cross with discussion following. For more information, please see the article
in the Spire.
You Are Warmly Invited to become a member of the Membership and Evangelism Committee. Being part of a committee is a wonderful way to get to know interesting people in a different way and to work on a variety of projects. Meanwhile, we are helping to enrich the life of the church and reaching out to those in the community around us. Talk with Julie McDonald, Keith Curtis, or either of the pastors.
Time and Talent Questionnaire: The Stewardship Committee has been working hard to revise our Time and Talent form to be more concise and user friendly. After several revisions, we are happy to present to you our new Time and Talent form. Please take a couple of minutes to fill this out and return it to the box in the church library. There are extra forms in the church library starting today and lasting throughout the month of March. Please take the time to fill out this form so we can help you share the great gifts that God has given you with the church.
Calling for Bakers: The Fund Raising Task Force will hold a silent auction bake sale on Sunday, March 28. Here's your chance to make or purchase your special family favorites to share with the congregation. All proceeds will go toward our general budget expenditures. Look for more details on the narthex bulletin boards and in future announcements.
